- Rewilding has relocated! You can now find us inside Root & Reach Pilates at 110 Titanium Way.

- Lindsay is not currently accepting new clients. If you are looking to book an initial assessment, or it has been more than 3 months since your last appointment, please add your name to the waitlist below and you will be contacted as soon as a space becomes available.

- As of January 1, 2025 our physiotherapy rates will increase to $165 and $140 for initial appointments and follows up, respectively. If this will affect your ability to continue treatment please do not hesitate to reach out to discuss options!
